1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging SpareCube AI LLC (“SpareCube AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
All ongoing AI receptionist and website services are provided under the detailed SpareCube AI Client Service Agreement signed at signup.
2. Month-to-Month Services & Cancellation
Our plans are month-to-month. There are no long-term lock-in contracts. You may cancel your service anytime by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once custom configuration, script building, or website build work has begun.
3. Services & Phone Number Ownership
You retain full ownership and control of your existing business phone number. Our AI receptionist answers missed and after-hours calls forwarded from your carrier. You can turn call forwarding on or off at any time.
SpareCube AI configures and manages the AI call routing, call summaries, text/email notifications, and website chat as outlined in your selected plan.
4. Call Recording & Consent
Calls handled by our AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed to capture lead information and ensure quality service. By utilizing our services, you confirm that you have provided any necessary notices required by applicable law to callers in your jurisdiction.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them or our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
